However, since 2016, Cua Dong General Hospital has been transferred and successfully implemented the arthroscopic surgery technique to reconstruct the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee using autologous tendon. This is one of the most complex techniques in orthopedic trauma surgery today. The hospital is one of the pioneering medical units in Nghe An to apply this new technique in treatment and this is currently a routine surgery performed at the hospital.
