Small lump in testicle is cancer?
I am 55 years old and found a small lump the size of a pea in my left testicle. Is it cancer?
I discovered this small lump 5 years ago but was too embarrassed to go to the doctor. Recently, I felt it was as big as the tip of my finger. This lump is very hard and does not hurt. Is it dangerous? (Thanh).

Normally, when you discover any unusual lump, tumor, or mass in your body, you need to see a doctor immediately. It is dangerous to discover a small lump in your testicle for 5 years without going to the doctor. According to your description, this lump could be an epididymal cyst.
Epididymal cysts are benign diseases caused by stagnation and blockage of one or more vas deferens in the epididymis, causing secretion and cyst formation. You should go to hospitals with andrology departments for examination and screening. If it is a normal cyst, the doctor will remove the cyst for you.
Although the disease is benign and relatively easy to treat, patients should not be subjective. The disease needs to be detected early and treated promptly to avoid complications.
