On the afternoon of September 7, an official from the Propaganda Department of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee said that the unit is verifying the man who came to the media agency to confirm that he found the MH370 plane. It is currently not possible to confirm whether the above information is true or false. When there are official results, a clear response will be given to the press..
According to Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Gia Lai province Nguyen Ngoc Hung: "They say whatever they want, it is our right to believe or not". However, the above information may affect foreign affairs, so the Department is also conducting an inspection to have a specific handling direction.
According to this man (a citizen of Gia Lai province)'s statement to the media: 4 years ago, while working in Dak Nong province, he happened to wander around looking for information and images on the internet. He suddenly saw an airplane the same size as MH370 crashed in a lake and was able to locate the image and location of this airplane on Google Earth.
The man then uploaded the clip to YouTube, where it has been viewed over 5,700 times. However, for various reasons, the clip was taken down. Recently, he saw in the press that a British man had reported that he had discovered the MH370 plane that had crashed in a Cambodian jungle. Through the images, he noticed that their clip was similar to his, but there were signs of editing the plane image in the clip he had posted online 4 years ago. So he decided to release this information to the media.
The plane this man discovered was measured to be about 60.78 m long, with a wingspan of 31.23 m, the plane was intact, not broken, and its nose was stuck in the lake. This size is similar to the information about Malaysia Airlines flight MH370. This plane crashed into the water at a depth of about 30 m and was most likely submerged in 5-6 m of mud, not in the jungle and not in Cambodian territory.
According to this man's assertion, it is worth mentioning that the crash site of MH 370 that he determined was located near the flight path from Malaysia to Beijing, not far from the final point when the plane lost signal.said that in the past, Malaysia had made efforts to search and had many different information related to the MH370 plane, so he was half-believing and half-doubting the images he had collected. However, there are now people who claim to become millionaires from searching for this plane, but their images and information are quite vague.
'I confirm that it will only take 2-3 days to find the exact location of MH370. If the Malaysian government agrees, I will ask the authorities for permission to hire divers to search. If this search is not correct, the Malaysian airline will not lose anything, I will bear all the costs,' the anonymous man confirmed to the media.
Previously, on March 8, 2014, the Boeing 777-200ER (flight MH370) carrying 239 people went missing after taking off from Kuala Lumpur airport (Malaysia) to Beijing. All passengers and crew members were presumed dead. All search efforts were unsuccessful.
