Quynh Giang commune is located about 1 km from Cau Giat town and has 13 hamlets; among them, Trai hamlet is isolated, about 3 km from the others, and the road is very difficult to travel. Every morning, in both winter and summer, Ms. Giang leaves home at 6 am to go to the district center to pick up newspapers and mail to deliver directly in the commune. At noon, she takes the opportunity to deliver the newspapers to recipients when they are at home. Her delivery service is completed every day, ensuring that the newspapers reach the recipients carefully. She is always determined to do her best to earn everyone's trust. Not only does she deliver newspapers, but she also shares useful information from the newspapers so that people can learn about and read them. Mr. Tran Van Danh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Quynh Giang commune, said: “We highly appreciate Ms. Huong's enthusiastic and thoughtful service. There has never been any complaint about her in the hamlets. We order all our newspapers and postal services through Ms. Huong according to our needs.”

In Quynh Giang, there are 20 organizations that distribute the Party newspaper, but by address, there are as many as 29 individuals and groups "consuming" the newspaper. Ensuring that the newspapers reach readers at all these locations fully, promptly, and regularly is quite a challenging task. Besides distributing newspapers, Ms. Huong also undertakes other services within the industry, such as payroll processing, selling car insurance, and postal savings. Thanks to her meticulous work ethic, she is always trusted and sought after for these services, and she consistently meets or exceeds her unit's targets. Having worked in the industry for 5 years, she has always performed her duties excellently, receiving recognition and high praise from her colleagues. For the past 3 years, she has received a Certificate of Commendation from the Provincial Post Office.
