Female Propaganda Department officer expelled from the Party for gambling

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Doan - an expert of the Political Theory Department (Propaganda Department of Kien Giang province) participated in gambling with 13 other people and was caught red-handed by the police. Due to this wrongdoing, Ms. Doan has just been expelled from the Party.

On the evening of December 12, the Party Committee of Kien Giang Province's Agencies Bloc decided to discipline Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Doan by expelling her from the Party.

The reason why Ms. Doan received the highest Party discipline was because this official violated things that Party members are not allowed to do, causing bad public opinion about herself and her work unit.

According to the case file, on November 7, Ms. Doan participated in gambling for money in the form of shaking dice with 13 other people in An Hoa ward (Rach Gia city, Kien Giang province).

Through information from the people, the authorities conducted an inspection and discovered 13 people gambling for money. Rach Gia City Police made a record and decided to prosecute 4 people. Ms. Doan and the remaining 8 people were administratively punished.
