Female entrepreneurs need to be confident to make their businesses grow more and more.

On the morning of December 17, Nghe An Province Women's Entrepreneurs Association held a conference to review activities in the 2018 - 2020 period and deploy tasks for 2021.

HELP EACH OTHER GROW TOGETHER

Nghe An Women Entrepreneurs Association was established in March 2018. In the past 3 years, facing the difficult situation of many enterprises, the Association has proactively organized many thematic activities, provided forecast information on the market situation... to help enterprises have orientation in restructuring and find effective production and business solutions.

The Association also actively contributes ideas to policies and laws; acts as a bridge between member businesses and authorities at all levels and between members themselves. Thereby, creating more favorable conditions for members to meet, contact and create better conditions for businesses to produce and trade.

In addition, the Provincial Women's Business Association actively organizes social charity activities, sharing love for the development of the community. In particular, the Provincial Women's Business Association has donated more than 500 million VND for the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic, and 350 million VND to support the flood victims in the Central region. The total value of contributions to charity work of the Women's Business Association in the past 3 years is more than 8.1 billion VND.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to award Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives and 5 individuals of the Provincial Women's Business Association for their achievements in the production and business movement; the Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 3 individuals for their many contributions to social security work in 2020. The Chairman of the Provincial Women's Business Association also awarded Certificates of Merit and Medals to many collectives and individuals for their many contributions to the Association's development movement and the production and business movement.

DEVELOPING CONFIDENCE AND RESPONSIBILITY TO DEVELOP

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that, implementing the policy of the Party and State, the government accompanies businesses and entrepreneurs, considering businesses as an important driving force for the development of the country and the province. Over the years, Party committees and authorities at all levels have always made efforts to find solutions to support, promote and develop the business community in the province in general and the women business community in particular.

Summarizing the positive socio-economic development results of the province in 2020, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that in order to achieve the above results, in addition to the efforts of all levels and sectors, there are important contributions from businesses, including female businesses in the province.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also expressed his admiration for female entrepreneurs, because in addition to running their businesses well, female entrepreneurs also have to fulfill their women's responsibilities and take care of their families. Female entrepreneurs themselves also have advantages in terms of delicacy, gentleness, kindness, and altruism. These are factors that help female entrepreneurs overcome difficulties to realize their passion and aspirations in production and business activities.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung assessed that although it has only been established for 3 years, the Provincial Women's Business Association has made good progress, achieved many positive results in production and business activities, supported each other to develop together, and actively contributed to social security, hunger eradication and poverty reduction. On behalf of the provincial leaders, he acknowledged and warmly commended the achievements and contributions of the Provincial Women's Business Association in the past time.

Affirming that in the coming time, the province's socio-economic development goals and tasks will face many challenges, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung suggested that businesses in general and female businesses in particular must make efforts but comply with the law.

The Association must continue to be a bridge between businesses, between businesses and governments at all levels to achieve development goals; participate more actively in contributing ideas to build mechanisms and policies for development, organize dialogue activities to advise the government in proposing policies to support businesses.

The head of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that in the coming period, the authorities at all levels and sectors will accompany and support businesses, considering serving businesses as their responsibility. Therefore, in the process of operation, if businesses encounter any problems or difficulties, they should proactively inform the authorities at all levels for timely resolution and removal.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Association to continue to expand its membership and promote the establishment of women's enterprises; women's enterprises must take the lead in finding new production and business models, applying new technologies, especially in the context of the impact of Industry 4.0 and the Covid-19 pandemic, in order to create efficiency in production and business activities, contributing more to society; Continue to carry out charity work, social security, join hands to help the poor, the disadvantaged, and ethnic minorities, so that no one is left behind.
