Female director prosecuted for murdering lover in car

The murdered victim was Le The Vinh (29 years old, an officer of the People's Court of Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa).
Authorities allege that on the evening of August 4, Ha was sitting in the car of her boyfriend Le The Vinh (29 years old, an officer of the People's Court of Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa). Along the way, the couple had a conflict. When they reached Le Van street in Lam Son ward, Ha pulled out a knife and stabbed Vinh twice, causing him to die on the spot.
Ha said the two had been in a long-term relationship but recently broke up. Ha is the director of an interior design and construction company in Thanh Hoa.
