Queen of Pop Cancels European Show, Flying Over 20 Hours to Come to Vietnam
Together with the group Bad Boys Blue, German pop queen Sandra Ann Lauer is very excited for the show on the evening of March 11 at the National Convention Center, Hanoi.
Germany's most successful female singer with 33 million records sold worldwide: Sandra has traveled to Asia but has never performed there, so Vietnam is her first stop in the region.
The band Bad Boys Blue and singer Sandra Ann Lauer will be the first international artists to hit the music scene in early 2017 in the Bad Boys Blue & Sandra Live In Concert at 8pm on March 11 at the My Dinh National Convention Center.
"For me, Asia is a mysterious, fascinating and certainly beautiful world in which your country lies. Meanwhile, I was born in Spain: a place where people are quite liberal and open-minded.
So I was curious when I arrived in Vietnam. I learned that people here are considered to be discreet and reserved in expressing their feelings.
But in my performances in the US where 90% of my audience is Vietnamese, I also see that the Vietnamese audience is not too enthusiastic but very passionate until the last minute of each show.
That became a motivation and belief for me when I had the opportunity to perform in your country" - Sandra expressed.

That is also the reason why, even though Sandra has many shows in Europe at the moment, she still decided to accept the invitation to perform in Vietnam, accepting a long journey of 20 hours by plane.
Not only that, the famous singer of the 1980s also revealed that she will bring a young, beautiful, and fiery dance troupe to heat up the atmosphere in the first days of Spring in Asia.

Sandra Ann Lauer has over 30 years of experience in the music industry. She began her music career at the age of 16 with the girl group Arabesque. |
Talking about her music career, Sandra said she always wanted to be a singer since she was a little girl singing for her family.
"When I was little I loved singing and I also did ballet. And I always knew I wanted to be on stage.
I remember, when I was 13 years old, on one occasion when my mother took me to watch a local music competition, I told her I was going to the toilet but actually I sneaked up on stage to ask to sing a song.
"Thanks to the show's DJ playing a song by Olivia Newton-John, I just sang like I was a real singer" - Sandra said about her childhood.
