Female People's Artist with the rank of Colonel causes a stir with a photo of her in military uniform at the age of 56

It's like food and sleep, indispensable. When I'm middle-aged, my muscles are no longer firm, so I have to work out hard," she once shared with VietNamNet.

The female artist born in 1969 said she diligently uses sunscreen when going out or when performing under the lights. "At home, I use all kinds of creams for my skin, take care of my nutritional supplements regularly, and regularly buy facial and body care cards as well as oriental health care cards such as acupressure and massage. I like everything natural, only when I go to events or take pictures do I need to put on a little more makeup to look more radiant," Thu Que shared.
