Female deputy general director of fake airport embezzled nearly 10 billion VND

According to her records, over the past three years, Binh has met many people in Hoi An City. She introduced herself as working in the human resources department, and at one point said she was the deputy general director of Da Nang Airport. The woman also boasted of knowing many leaders of central agencies and leaders of large companies.
By this trick, Binh created close relationships with many people, then Binh said he needed money to invest in Da Nang airport so he borrowed money. Believing Binh, two people in Hoi An lent him more than 9 billion VND and Binh appropriated it.
From the victim's complaint, the police intervened and arrested Binh.
