HIV-infected "monster" specializes in buying drugs from Laos to Nghe An

Expanding the investigation, at 5:30 p.m. on November 30, the police force caught Tran Le My (born in 1976, residing in Block 1, Hong Son Ward, Vinh City) and Tran Quang Hai (born in 1988, residing in Nghi Dien Commune, Nghi Loc) in the act of illegally buying, selling, and storing drugs.
During an emergency search of Tran Le My's residence, Vinh City Police seized 2 heroin cakes; 8,000 synthetic drug pills; 1.3 kg of crystal meth, 1 gun, 69 million VND, 1 car and 3 mobile phones.
The amount of drugs was hidden by the US in many places in a room about 15m wide.2 on the second floor of the house.

At the investigation agency, Tran Le My confessed that during her 8-year prison sentence at Binh Dien Prison (Thua Thien Hue), she became acquainted with a Laotian man. The two discussed buying and selling drugs from Laos to Nghe An after being released from prison.
After being released from prison, the two reconnected. My bought a large amount of drugs from Laos and transported them to Vinh City, selling them to people in need in Nghe An and other provinces and cities.
