She has the mindset to learn and experience as well as preserve beautiful memories for her youth. But above all, she hopes to have the opportunity to shout out the two words Vietnam in the international beauty arena, bringing the cultural quintessence of the country closer to friends around the world.

According to the beauty queen, mental health issues are something that Vietnamese youth today have to face and need timely solutions. Daily pressure from work, study and exams can easily cause psychological stress for young people in their teens. Improper use of mobile devices disrupts the biological clock of young people, changes their psychology and physiology and negatively affects their academic performance.
"When we are overloaded, we should stop what we are doing and take a break to relax our mind. Each individual should practice healthy eating habits, exercise regularly and read a good book instead of playing video games or overusing technology for entertainment," Mai Phuong confided.
