The only female commune police chief in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - Ms. Chu Thi Ngoc is currently the only woman holding the position of Commune Police Chief in Nghe An province. More notably, Ms. Ngoc has also been Vice Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Quynh Giang Commune (Quynh Luu) for many years.
Although she has two jobs at once, the pressure and responsibility are huge, but with the encouragement of colleagues and family, Ms. Ngoc always completes her tasks well.
Ms. Ngoc said that there were nights at 11-12 midnight, when she heard the police officers report a gambling and fighting incident at a karaoke bar, she quickly went to the scene with her colleagues. With determination and courage, she assigned forces to block off the area where the lawbreakers were, and the commune police team rushed in to arrest the gambling group. For the fighting incidents, she directly directed the police officers to organize mediation to avoid causing serious injuries to the subjects.
