Previously, Hoa and her husband worked for hire at a relative's chicken farm in Binh Duong. After a while, having accumulated some capital and experience, the couple returned to their hometown to develop livestock farming. Initially, without much capital, she bought 200 hybrid fighting chickens to raise. Thanks to her husbandry techniques, her family's chickens developed well, gained weight quickly, and brought in a significant income.

Ms. Hoa also uses rice husk bedding to both limit diseases for the chickens and ensure environmental hygiene; buys glasses for the chickens to wear, limits fighting, and reduces losses in raising chickens. Thanks to focusing on techniques for caring for and preventing diseases for the chickens, her family's chickens have all grown well, bringing high economic efficiency.
