The farm has created jobs for 5 workers with a salary of over 4.5 million VND/person/month.
Currently, the farm's breeding pigs cannot meet market demand, so Mr. Hoang is building another breeding area.
Mr. Cao Van Hoang's sow farm model has attracted many households to visit and learn from, and the functional departments of the district and commune are interested in finding ways to replicate it.
