Car throws woman off course at intersection when traffic light fails
(Baonghean.vn) - The accident occurred at an intersection near Ho Chi Minh Square (Vinh City), a 7-seat car crashed into a motorbike, causing the woman to fly 10 meters away and be seriously injured. The motorbike was stuck under the car. Traffic police of Vinh City Police arrived in time to clear traffic and handle the incident. When the accident occurred, the traffic lights here were not working.
