According to eyewitnesses, at the time of the incident, a truck with license plate 37C-09875 was traveling from Vinh to Hoang Mai when, upon reaching the section in front of Truong Xuan restaurant in Cau Giat town, it suddenly collided with a motorbike with license plate 37P8-3555 driven by a man. As a result of the collision, the man on the motorbike was thrown to the ground and lay motionless.

Upon discovering the incident, residents living along the road quickly took the victim to the Quỳnh Lưu District General Hospital for emergency treatment.
Following the accident, the Quỳnh Lưu district police arrived at the scene to manage and regulate traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
