(Baonghean.vn) - Black smoke usually appears as soon as you step on the gas pedal, and after a few seconds when the engine is working stably, the black smoke will disappear. However, if the car continues to emit black smoke while driving on the road, the engine may have one of the following problems.

1. Fuel injector is damaged or clogged

It may be due to dirty fuel source, when the injector is not cleaned for a long time, causing the injector to clog, soot to stick, so the combustion chamber is dirty when burning fuel for the engine and emits black gas. To fix this, clean the injector or replace the new fuel injector to fix the error and help save fuel, protect the engine and combustion chamber of the vehicle.

2. Engine air filter is dirty or damaged

A dirty or damaged engine air filter will cause dust to enter the air and combustion chamber, causing the vehicle to emit black smoke. Regularly clean and replace the engine air filter for your car.

3. High pressure rice cooker is clogged or broken

The high pressure pump is clogged and damaged, causing insufficient pressure, the fuel injected into the combustion chamber is not mixed well with air and does not burn completely, causing black exhaust gas during operation. The solution is to replace the high pressure pump and clean the fuel filter to ensure.

4. Spark plugs are dirty

When the air filter is not good, using the vehicle for a long time causes the spark plug to be covered with black soot when the ignition is running, causing the vehicle to emit black smoke. In this case, it is best to check the air filter and replace the new spark plug for the vehicle, partly to fix the black smoke, partly to help the vehicle's ignition system work better.

5. Due to poor air conditioning, loose piston rings, worn cylinders

When the compressed air pressure has not reached the required value to completely burn the diesel, causing excess fuel to be discharged through the exhaust pipe, creating black smoke due to a poor air system, worn cylinders in the engine... Use a gauge to check the pressure in the combustion chamber to know exactly which part is causing the error and fix it.

6. Engine vacuum leak

Vacuum leaks in the pipes also cause incomplete combustion of the air-fuel mixture, leading to black smoke.
