Previously, on April 16, 2019, Ky Son District Police caught Cut Van Hop (born 1996) and Cut Van Hoa (born 1993), both residing in Bac Ly Commune, Ky Son District, for illegally possessing drugs, seizing 0.25 grams of heroin.The two subjects confessed to regularly buying drugs fromCha Cong Reef.
Project 419D was established by Ky Son District Police.Following the subject, the police discovered that Cong always carried a hot weapon with him and frequently changed the method and location of delivery.
At dawn on June 7, at Nhot Kho village, the task force surrounded and arrested Cong while he was on his way to deliver the “goods”. Seeing the police, Cong fought back fiercely, loaded his gun, and ran up the dangerous hillside in an attempt to escape, but failed.

At the scene, police seized 200 synthetic drug pills, 3 homemade guns and 21 bullets, including 1 loaded bullet.
He openly admitted to regularly buying drugs from Laotians and then bringing them back to the area to resell to addicts for profit. The case is being further investigated.
