Mr. Bui Truong Giang holds the position of Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department.
On the afternoon of June 11, in Hanoi, the Central Propaganda Department held a conference to implement the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.
Mr. Vo Van Thuong - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department attended and presented the Decision. Also attending were Mr. Vo Van Phuong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department and Mr. Dao Viet Trung, Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Office of the President.

At the Conference, delegates heard the announcement of the Central Party Secretariat's Decision on personnel work. According to the Central Party Secretariat's Decision, Mr. Bui Truong Giang, Deputy Head of the Office of the President, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department.
On behalf of the Party Central Committee Secretariat, Mr. Vo Van Thuong - Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Propaganda Department presented the decision and congratulated Mr. Bui Truong Giang.
Head of the Central Propaganda Department Vo Van Thuong believes that in his new position, comrade Bui Truong Giang and the Department's leadership will continue to successfully complete the assigned political tasks.
Taking on the new assignment, Mr. Bui Truong Giang affirmed that he will always strive and work with the leadership of the Propaganda Department to complete all assigned tasks.
