Old man had his 'genitals' cut off for asking neighbor for sex

On January 14, An Phu District Police (An Giang Province) are investigating the case of Mr. Nguyen Van Pho (nearly 70 years old, in Phu Huu Commune) having his "private part" cut off with scissors by a 40-year-old female neighbor.

According to initial investigation, on the evening of January 6, after coming home from drinking, Mr. Pho went to his female neighbor's house to play. Knowing that she was home alone with her 3-year-old son, he rushed over, hugged her, undressed her, threw her to the floor and demanded sex.

The female neighbor struggled to escape and ran into the kitchen, but he still chased after her and hugged her. The victim immediately grabbed a pair of scissors nearby and cut off the old man's "little guy" and shouted.

Everyone rushed to take the "blue beard" to the emergency room. Up to now, after successfully reattaching his penis, Mr. Pho has been discharged from the hospital but has not returned home to live but is staying at an acquaintance's house.

According to local authorities, 10 years ago, Mr. Pho's wife passed away, his grown children have families and live separately. This man lives alone in a charity house built by the government, living on the support of his children...
