The verdict dated January 18 of the People's Court of Thach Ha district (Ha Tinh) determined that at about 2:00 p.m. on October 18, 2018, while driving a motorbike on the inter-village road through Thach Dien commune, Mr. Hoang Huu Toan (60 years old) hit the car of Mr. Phan Huy Anh carrying Mr. Phan Huy Khoa (81 years old). The accident caused Mr. Khoa's death.
