Medvedev revealed the cost for Europe to rebuild Ukraine.
Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said that Europe will have to pay a heavy price to bring Ukraine back to normal.

According to RIA Novosti, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said that Europe will have to pay a large sum of money to bring Ukraine back to normalcy in stages, and that Europeans should "thank their leaders."
“US President Donald Trump explained how Kyiv would repay the US – with rare earth metals from Ukraine. And what about Europe? They will pay huge sums to rebuild failing Ukraine. European citizens should thank their leaders for this: European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and others,” wrote Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev on his social media account.
Earlier, on February 3, US President Donald Trump stated that Washington expected Ukraine to provide guarantees regarding the supply of rare earth metals in exchange for financial and military aid from the United States.
In response to the idea of exploiting these resources, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine is ready to cooperate with partners to exploit rare earth resources.
He added: "This is perfectly fair. I spoke about this during my meeting with President Trump in September. I know that American businesses are genuinely interested in entering Ukraine, and I want them to develop here."
The White House revealed that he had received information from the Ukrainian government that they were ready to reach an agreement to allow Washington access to rare earth resources – a crucial element for the modern high-tech economy.
