Mr. Peskov: Russia and the US do not necessarily have to reach an agreement, but need to talk
Moscow and Washington do not necessarily need to reach agreement on all issues, but need to talk, Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said ahead of a meeting between Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump at the G20 summit.

"First of all, these are issues related to bilateral relations. We need to think about how to start the topics of bilateral relations, strategic security and disarmament, regional conflicts. We do not necessarily have to reach agreement on all issues, but we need to talk," Mr. Peskov said when answering the question, what topics Mr. Putin will discuss with Mr. Trump.
"This serves the interests not only of our two countries, but of the whole world," Putin's spokesman added.
The meeting between the Russian and American presidents is scheduled for December 1 in Argentina, on the sidelines of the G20 summit. The conversation is expected to last more than two hours.
