The price of natural gas sold to China under the contract signed on May 21st between Gazprom and CNPC is linked to the market price of crude oil and petroleum products.
According to Russian Energy Minister Alexandr Novak, the first gas deliveries to China via the eastern pipelines could begin in 4-6 years.
