Mr. Putin talks about the position of the brain agency trying to dominate the world
Russians know where the headquarters of the organization trying to dominate the world is located, and it is not in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

“In the matter of world control: we know where the headquarters is, where they are trying to do it. And it is not in Moscow. It has to do with the leading role of the United States in the world economy and with its defense spending: more than $700 billion,” Putin said at his annual big news conference on Thursday.
He noted that Russia spends only $46 billion on defense.
"Russia has only 146 million citizens, while NATO countries - 600 million people, and you think our goal is to dominate the world?" - the Russian leader added, answering a related question.
