In a video released yesterday, March 11, President Putin shared how he restrains himself in different situations. "When you lose your temper, you show your weakness. A person in my position is not allowed to show weakness," said Mr. Putin.

The Kremlin chief also said that he can forgive, but not everything can be forgiven. He believes that there is no reason to forgive betrayal.

In the interview, he also shared that the secret to keeping him full of energy at work is "always being sure that what you do is right and being willing to dedicate your whole life to it."

The Russian leader also revealed a gift he received during his time in Germany. He said that German Chancellor Angela Merkel sent him his favorite beers. "Sometimes Mrs. Merkel sends me a few bottles of Radeberger beer," he said.

This is part of Mr. Putin's sharing in the new documentary "Putin" by author Andrei Kondrashov.

In the 2-hour film, Mr. Putin also shared many things about his family, his term that is about to end as well as his re-election campaign. The Russian presidential election will take place this weekend. President Putin is predicted to easily win overwhelmingly against the remaining 7 candidates.
