The decision was issued on July 3 by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nghia - Deputy General Director of Song Lam Nghe An Sports Joint Stock Company, Director of Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center, signed by the General Director.
Previously, Mr. Tran Quang Dung held the position of Head of the Professional Department of Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center. After taking on the new assignment, Mr. Dung is responsible for performing the tasks assigned by the club's leadership; directly directing the center's departments and offices and following the direction of the center's director.
Sharing about the new Deputy Director of Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nghia - Deputy General Director of Song Lam Nghe An Sports Joint Stock Company said that Mr. Tran Quang Dung is a person with good moral character, well-trained, a master of sports, has many years of experience in training and coaching youth football and is especially knowledgeable about Nghe An football. After many years of working, the new deputy director has made many contributions to the development of youth football in the province in general and Song Lam Nghe An in particular.

At the age of 13, Mr. Dung started training at Song Lam Nghe An. However, when he turned 18, Mr. Dung decided to change direction to study at the University of Sports. In 2002, he graduated with honors from the University of Sports and was selected by the province. Returning to work in Nghe An, he was assigned by the Department of Physical Education and Sports to work at the Song Lam Nghe An Club.
After nearly 20 years of working, he has trained many stars for Nghe An football. These include midfielder Hoang Van Binh, defender Au Van Hoan, goalkeeper Nguyen Manh, midfielder Ngo Hoang Thinh...
Along with that, as a coach and assistant coach, Mr. Dung and the Song Lam Nghe An youth teams have won many high achievements organized by the Vietnam Football Federation. Specifically: U13, U15, U17 SLNA Championships...
In 2017, Mr. Tran Quang Dung graduated with a master's degree (the highest-qualified coach at Song Lam Nghe An club).
Before becoming Deputy Director of Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center, Mr. Dung was Deputy of Professional Board, assistant coach of U15 Song Lam Nghe An Club.
