Car parked on sidewalk had window broken and 1 billion VND stolen
The woman parked her car on the sidewalk to go to the notary office to work. About an hour later, she came back to find the car window broken and 1 billion VND in cash stolen.
On April 20, Thuan An Town Police (Binh Duong) said they had coordinated with professional units to organize a crime scene investigation and take statements from related people to investigate the case of smashing car windows to steal property.
According to initial verification, at around 2:00 p.m. on April 19, Ms. Ta Thi Bay (from Hanoi) and a man about 40 years old drove 2 cars to a notary office (Lai Thieu ward, Thuan An town) to do paperwork.

Here, both drivers parked their cars on the sidewalk, near the notary office, then went inside to work. At 3 p.m. the same day, they returned to their cars and found the car windows broken. Checking inside, Ms. Bay and the male driver discovered many stolen properties.
Ms. Bay reported that the amount of money about 1 billion VND that she left in the car had disappeared. Upon receiving the report, the police force of Thuan An town and related authorities arrived at the scene to record the incident.

By 5:00 p.m. the same day, the police completed the crime scene investigation and brought the two cars back to headquarters to assist with the investigation.
