Busting a million-dollar prostitution ring of "long-legged" girls

On each "express train" trip, the beautiful women sell sex for 1 million VND but have to "cut" 50% of the fee to the "pimps" broker.

On April 8, District 1 Police (Ho Chi Minh City) announced that they were temporarily detaining three subjects: Bui Xuan Toan (born in 1966, residing in District 4, Ho Chi Minh City), Vo Minh Quang (born in 1981, residing in District 8, Ho Chi Minh City), and Tran Dinh Tung (born in 1992, from Binh Duong, temporarily residing in Ho Chi Minh City) to investigate and handle the act of prostitution brokerage.

Previously, from the public's denunciation, District 1 police detectives had obtained information about a prostitution ring run by 3 "pimps" and planned to monitor it. At around 0:30 on April 7, District 1 police detectives conducted a surprise administrative inspection at HL Hotel on Thu Khoa Huan Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1.

Here, the authorities caught two couples in the act of prostitution. The girls confessed that they were “seeking clients” under the direction of Bui Xuan Toan and Vo Minh Quang, and the “landing place” was usually a number of hotels in the area managed by two men named Tung and Trung.

Based on the statements of the prostitutes, the police arrested Toan, Quang, and Tung; however, Trung (unknown background) has fled and is currently being investigated. At the police station, the suspects stated that when guests come to the hotel to rest, if they want to buy sex, they should contact Tung (hotel manager).

After that, Tung would call Toan and Quang to arrange for the girls to come to the hotel to have fun. Each time they bought sex, the customers had to pay the girls 1 million VND/time. Of which, Tung would "cut" the brokerage fee of 500,000 VND, of which Tung would divide 100,000 VND for Tai (hotel security guard), 200,000 VND for Quang, and only 200,000 VND for himself.

Currently, the police are expanding the investigation and arresting related subjects.
