On January 13, a representative of the Economic Police Department, Phu Yen Provincial Police confirmed that they had prosecuted and temporarily detained three people for forging seals and documents of agencies and organizations.

The arrested subjects include: Le Khac Thong (28 years old, in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City); Thieu Minh Hoang (23 years old, in Ea Ly commune, Song Hinh district, Phu Yen province) and Luong Cong Hi (23 years old, in Ward 9, Tuy Hoa city, Phu Yen province).

The Director of Phu Yen Provincial Police has established a secret project number 917T to fight and collect documents against Thieu Minh Hoang and other subjects on the illegal assembly of motorbikes; using fake registration certificates and license plates to circulate and sell for illegal profits.

Currently, Phu Yen province police are expanding to continue investigating the case.

Phu Yen Provincial Police seized 31 motorbikes without legal documents; 26 fake vehicle registration certificates; 40 fake license plates and many spare parts and tools for assembling vehicles.

The case is under further investigation.
