On May 28, Thai Binh Provincial Police announced that Thai Binh City Police had just dismantled a ring that forged seals and documents of state agencies, operating on an inter-provincial scale.
Thai Binh City Police has issued a Decisionprosecute, prosecuted and issued arrest warrants to temporarily detain 5 subjects for the crime of "forging seals and documents of organizations" occurring in Thai Binh city and several other localities.

These subjects include: Nguyen Son Thanh (born in 1991, residing in Quat Lam town, Giao Thuy district, Nam Dinh province); Hoang Thai Tuan (born in 1999, residing in Ward 13, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city); Le Bao Tin (born in 1997, residing in Hoa Thanh ward, Tan Phu district, Ho Chi Minh city); Vu Thanh Sang (born in 1994, residing in Ward 12, District 4, Ho Chi Minh city); Pham Trung Thanh (born in 1983, residing in Minh Lang commune, Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province).
During the investigation, the police identified a ring that forged seals and documents of state agencies, operating since August 2022, led by Nguyen Son Thanh.

To transport fake documents to individuals who ordered them, Nguyen Son Thanh colluded with Le Bao Tin (the post office manager of an express delivery company) to deliver the fake documents and chose the payment method of transferring money to a bank account.
During an urgent search of the above-mentioned subjects' workplaces and residences, the police seized 2 laptops, 7 mobile phones, 2 color printers, 18 seals, and many fake papers, diplomas, and documents of state agencies.
The case is currently being investigated and handled by the authorities in accordance with the law.
Through this case, the police agency recommends that people absolutely do not order or use fake documents, because if they use fake documents, they will be handled according to the provisions of the law, and may be criminally prosecuted for using fake seals and documents of agencies and organizations.../.
