Distinguish between Prime Minister's Directives No. 15, 16 and 19 on epidemic prevention
(Baonghean.vn) - Directives No. 15, 16 and 19 of the Prime Minister on epidemic prevention and control have fundamental differences.
People need to clearly understand the following basic regulations of the directives, thereby effectively applying them, contributing with local Party committees and authorities to effectively implement epidemic prevention measures.
1. Directive 15/CT-TTgMarch 27, 2020:
- Stop meetings and events with more than 20 people in one room.
- Do not gather in groups of 10 or more outside of offices, schools, or hospitals.
- Temporarily suspend operations of service businesses in the area, except for businesses selling essential goods and services.
- Strictly maintain a minimum distance of 2m when communicating.
- Restrict the movement of people, especially from provinces and cities with epidemics to other localities.

2.Directive 16/CT-TTgMarch 31, 2020:
- Social isolation according to the principle of family isolation from family, village isolation from village, commune isolation from commune, district isolation from district, province isolation from province, people stay at home, only going out when absolutely necessary.
- Do not gather in groups of more than 2 people outside of offices, schools, hospitals and in public places.
- Strictly maintain a minimum distance of 2m when communicating.
- Temporarily suspend operations of service businesses in the area, except for businesses selling essential goods and services.
-Minimize movement from one locality or area to another; stop movement from epidemic areas to other localities.Basically stop public passenger transport.

3.Directive 19/CT-TTgApril 24, 2020:
- Stop religious activities, festivals, sports tournaments, and events that gather large crowds.
-Do not gather in public places.
- Strictly maintain a minimum distance of 1m when communicating.
-Entertainment establishments, karaoke, beauty salons... are still closed.Restaurants, eateries, scenic spots, historical sites, and sports facilities are allowed to reopen.
- Intra-provincial and inter-provincial passenger buses and taxis are allowed to operate again.
