Assigning agencies and units to assist poor communes in the western region.

On May 13, 2014, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Decision No. 2021/QD-UBNA on the assignment of agencies and units to provide assistance to poor communes in the western region of Nghe An province. The decision clearly states:

Article 1.Assigning agencies and units in the province to provide support and assistance to poor communes in the western region of Nghe An province in socio-economic development and poverty reduction.

Agencies and units mobilize their staff and workers to contribute, allocating funds from their legal resources, enlisting support from subordinate units, and soliciting donations from other sources to help poor communes according to their assigned tasks, including building houses for the poor, developing infrastructure, guiding the application of science and technology, and replicating economic models to develop production and improve the material and spiritual lives of the people.

Article 2.The Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to supervise the implementation, monitoring, compilation, and periodic reporting to the Provincial People's Committee on the situation and results of the above-mentioned tasks.

Article 3.This decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 1310/QD-UBND dated April 20, 2012 of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Directors of departments, Heads of relevant agencies and units, Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes, and Heads of units listed in Article 1 shall implement this Decision.
