Strive to complete the 2013 plan at the highest level
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of July 25, the Provincial People's Committee held a regular meeting for July 2013 to listen to and give opinions on a number of important contents, programs and projects. Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.
Overview of the working session
In July, the whole province focused on overcoming difficulties, synchronously and effectively implementing solutions to direct and manage the socio-economic situation in July 2013, achieving some results in the following areas: Notably in July, the province had many investment promotion activities, as of July 16, 2013, it had granted new investment certificates to 38 investment projects, including 35 domestic investment projects with a total registered capital of VND 4,287.35 billion and 03 FDI projects with a registered capital of USD 10.08 million. By July 17, 2013, it had granted business registration certificates to 766 enterprises, equal to 97.68% of the same period.
Some cultural and social fields have many positive changes. In July, the university and college entrance exams at the provincial examination sites were ensured to be safe, serious and of good quality. The fields of labor, vocational training and social security were given attention and direction; activities to celebrate the 66th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day were well organized, and gratitude was paid to those who contributed to the revolution.

After listening to the opinions of the members of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of departments, branches and sectors, concluding the working session, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted: To implement the Resolution of the Politburo on Nghe An, the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on the tasks for the last 6 months of 2013, all levels and sectors need to strengthen coordination and research solutions to overcome the shortcomings in the first 6 months of the year, strive to complete the 2013 plan at the highest level; proactively and closely coordinate with the Central ministries and branches to develop an action program to implement the Resolution of the Politburo (term XI) on the direction of socio-economic development of Nghe An until 2020. Proactively carry out the work of fire prevention and fighting, focusing on the work of building new rural areas; urge the construction of works, and the disbursement of capital for basic construction investment works. Request the Department of Home Affairs to review the construction of the apparatus of Hoang Mai town; Focus on handling outstanding and urgent issues; take care to implement well the cultural and social fields...
Also in the morning, the Provincial People's Committee listened to and commented on the report on the implementation of programs and projects to implement the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress presented by the Department of Planning and Investment.
