Aircraft manufacturer Dassault Aviation recently posted a video, revealing the design model of the new generation fighter jet jointly developed by France and Germany under a bilateral agreement reached in mid-June.SputnikJuly 9 news.
"The joint development of a multi-role fighter aircraft by France and Germany, synchronised with existing weapons systems, is crucial for Europe's strategic autonomy," said Dassault CEO Eric Trappier.
It is not yet clear whether this fighter model belongs to the 5th or 6th generation version, but the new French and German aircraft will have very strong thrust thanks to being equipped with two engines.
Military expert Sim Tack said the simple design, limited details that can reflect radar, shows that this aircraft model focuses a lot on stealth capabilities. In addition, it can also be integrated with modern information and communication systems to help share information with other aircraft.
"Once launched, I think this will be a serious competitor to the US F-35 fighter line or Russia's Su-57," expert Tack emphasized.
