(Baonghean.vn) - The People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued a decision to administratively fine Nguyen Hung Investment and Development Joint Stock Company 110 million VND, forcing it to dismantle construction items that were not in accordance with the approved planning.
On July 16, 2018, Mr. Le Xuan Dai - Permanent Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee signed Decision No. 3006/QD-UBND, Decision on administrative penalty against Nguyen Hung Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (Address No. 32, Hoai Thanh Street, Trung Do Ward, Vinh City), the amount of 110 million VND for committing the administrative violation of "Construction of works not in accordance with approved construction planning".
At the same time, Nguyen Hung Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was forced to dismantle illegal construction items.

Previously, on November 1, 2017, Vinh City People's Committee issued construction permit No. 1841/GPXD, allowing Nguyen Hung Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to construct 5 level IV works on an area of 13,713.8m2, including 2 one-story restaurants with a total area of 633.36m2; 1-storey restaurant service building with total area of 270.82m2…
However, Nguyen Hung Investment and Development Joint Stock Company built a 2-storey wooden stilt house with a total area of 161.88m2.2and a level IV house with an area of 71m22.These are items that are contrary to the approved planning and construction permit. Because, according to regulations, at the above location, Nguyen Hung Investment and Development Joint Stock Company must build a side gate of the game area and sports area.
Therefore, recently, the Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 4523/UBND-CN, requesting: "Stop implementing Decision No. 386/QD-UBND dated January 24, 2017 of the Provincial People's Committee on approving the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500, the Entertainment and Tourism Complex along Lam River in Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City to consider handling violations of the Law on Dikes and approve adjustments to the construction planning".
According to the reporter's observation, Nguyen Hung Investment and Development Joint Stock Company has completely dismantled and demolished the level IV house and is in the process of dismantling the 2-storey stilt house, which was built in violation of the approved planning./.
