Buddha taught that letting go of worries is the key to happiness.

Letting go of worries is first of all to relieve all worries and make people happy. Then, to give people the opportunity to grow up.

In our stressful and conflict-filled daily lives, we often find it difficult to avoid disagreements at work, in daily life, and in relationships at home and at work. When arguments arise, we may lose control and get angry or use harsh words. We may win or lose the argument, and it is often not easy to maintain peace…

The result is that we hurt ourselves or hurt others. We will even feel ourselves become painful, lose faith, and then regret. But the words have been said like water thrown away, regretting by then is too late.

At times like these, what one needs to do is stay calm and let go of anger, knowing how to let go of what makes one feel insecure.

Everyone knows that happiness is built on the foundation of peace and freedom. This is the dream of life that we all aspire to achieve.

Buddha taught that if one has no shortcomings in one’s heart, one is called “rich”, and if one is needed by others, one is called “noble”. Joy and happiness are not a character trait, but a kind of energy. The best way to get rid of worries is to forget them.

“Not arguing” is wisdom. “Not competing” is compassion.

“Not listening” is purity.

“Not looking” is freedom.

“Forgiveness” is liberation.

"Knowing enough" is letting go.

The mind is not confused, not besieged by love, not afraid of the future, not missing the past.

People are unhappy in life for many reasons. But the three main reasons are:

First: Get used to exaggerating other people's happiness.

Second: Get used to exaggerating your own suffering.

Third: Get used to comparing your own suffering with the suffering of others, comparing your own shortcomings with the advantages of others.

All of the above reasons come from one's own greed, or in other words, an attitude of dissatisfaction with oneself, wanting everything, wanting more but not willing to "let go".

Living in this world, one should not be too strict, one should not seek perfection in work, one cannot enjoy all the joy, one should understand moderation in dealing with others, tolerance towards others is to give oneself some flexibility, a way out.

To be able to let go of worries, we should remember the following things:

Learn to control yourself

You cannot control the actions of others, nor should you try. But you can control not only your actions, but also your thoughts.

You can stop reliving the pain, and choose to move on. You have this power. You just need to learn how to exercise it.

Better to pretend to be stupid than to pretend to be wise.

Because no one likes someone who is extremely smart, and especially hates people who think they are smart. Things are objectively too complicated, and they change too quickly. No matter how high your IQ is, no matter how hard you work, it is very difficult to truly understand something.

Even if you grasp all knowledge (which is basically impossible), the world changes in the blink of an eye, and this change will never stop. Therefore, you must maintain a cautiously humble attitude, and dare to admit that you are still a fool before the Creator.

Don't control

Be willing to let go of control over everything that concerns you or others: situations, events, and people. Accept everything and everyone– exactly as they are– and you will feel free. Let things happen.

It's better to be known as a loser than to just win and not lose.

Especially in pointless and unnecessary debates. Because the vast majority of people just want to win, they can’t bear to lose. The best is for both sides to win. Regardless of whether it’s domestic or foreign, domestic or international, for people in the world, a win-win is the best choice.

Stop making excuses.

Pack up your excuses and throw them away. You don’t need them. Often we limit ourselves to what we do for various reasons. Instead of growing, improving our lives and our spirits, we get stuck, lying to ourselves, coming up with all sorts of excuses that, in 99.9% of cases, aren’t real.

Let go of attachment

This is a concept that is very difficult for most of us to understand, but it is not something that is impossible. When you detach yourself from everything, you become more peaceful, tolerant, friendly and serene, so that you can reach a place where you can understand everything without having to suffer. It is a state beyond words.
