Launching a contest to learn about online public services in the agricultural sector

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has just launched the online contest "Learning knowledge of administrative procedure control, providing online public services in the field of agriculture and rural development" in 2024.

Recently, the agricultural sector has paid attention to administrative procedure reform in general and administrative procedure control in particular, improving the quality and efficiency of public services.

Currently, 100% of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development are uploaded to the province's administrative procedure information system to receive and process them on the system to ensure transparency and determine the responsibility of each officer, civil servant, and public employee handling administrative procedure records.

100% of administrative procedures with fees and charges are allowed to be paid online on the province's administrative procedure settlement system according to regulations.

Due to the nature of the industry's administrative procedure settlement service objects being mainly remote farmers, the use of outdated technology equipment, software knowledge and legal knowledge is still lacking. In addition, some administrative procedures are still cumbersome, regulations are still complicated, so the industry's administrative procedure control work still faces many difficulties.

To overcome these difficulties, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development organized an online contest "Learning knowledge of administrative procedure control, providing online public services in the field of agriculture and rural development" in 2024.

Through the contest, it aims to raise awareness among cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, organizations and people in the whole province about the meaning, goals and importance of reform, administrative procedure control and provision of online public services in the field of agriculture and rural development; Promote propaganda of reform and administrative procedure control to create spread and consensus in society. At the same time, promote digital transformation in administrative procedure control, provision of public services on the Internet; disseminate and educate the law to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, organizations and people.

The contest will run for 3 weeks, starting from September 25 to October 16, 2024.

Multiple choice test format on Nghe An Electronic Information Portal and Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Electronic Information Portal, results are announced once a week.
