Traffic accidents are currently a pressing issue for the whole society and the illegal provision, use and exploitation of information on the internet is also a concern and worry for all people.

The consequences of traffic accidents are not only for individuals and families but also for the whole society and are one of the obstacles to the socio-economic development of the locality and the country. In particular, the current situation of traffic law violations among young people is increasingly complicated and difficult to control.

Statistics show that drivers who cause traffic accidents are between 16 and 26 years old, accounting for more than 40%. This group is easily agitated, has limited traffic awareness, leading to violations of traffic safety laws such as illegal racing, running red lights, not wearing helmets, carrying more people than allowed, etc.
