The emulation movement with the theme "Solidarity, Creativity, Determination to Win" took place for 1 month (from July 21, 2018 to August 21, 2018);
Accordingly, we will focus on implementing the following four main contents, goals, and emulation targets: Highest awareness, responsibility, and mettle; Best completion of central political tasks; Actively carry out activities to welcome the Congress with the highest results; Building discipline and training with the strictest discipline.
