Two sacks of opium were discovered at the Vietnam - Laos border landmark.
(Baonghean.vn) - At the Vietnam - Laos border landmark area, there are 2 sacks hidden in the bushes containing about 35kg of fresh opium branches and fruits.
On the afternoon of March 14, while patrolling the border, the forces of Tri Le Border Guard Station, Nghe An Border Guard discovered two sacks hidden in the bushes at landmark 380 of the Vietnam-Laos border.
Through inspection, the two sacks contained about 35kg of fresh opium branches and fruits.
Currently, the case is being further investigated by the authorities.
