Detected 2 subjects transporting dangerous chemicals at night

At 1:15 a.m. on December 27, a working group of the Mobile Police Department, Provincial Police conducted an armed patrol to ensure security and order at the ditch behind Tecco Ben Thuy Apartment, Block 13, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City.
During the patrol, two subjects, Pham Huu T. (born in 1999), residing in Quynh Nghia commune, Quynh Luu district, and Truong Van H. (born in 1999), residing in Quynh My commune, Quynh Luu district, were discovered transporting dangerous chemicals (N2O) into the market without a chemical safety certificate or origin.
Through inspection, the working group discovered and seized the following exhibits: 19 5kg N2O gas cylinders, 43 5kg N2O gas cylinders, 7 2.5kg N2O gas cylinders, 6 1.5kg N2O gas cylinders and 8 1.8kg N20 gas cylinders.
The working group has handed over the subjects and related evidence to competent authorities for further investigation and handling in accordance with the provisions of law.
N2O gas is the chemical that many karaoke establishments, bars, etc. pump into "laughing balloons" to cause temporary hallucinations for users. According to recommendations,If N2O is used for a long time, it will lead to addiction. Uncontrolled overdose can also lead to unpredictable effects on the nervous system, cardiovascular system, brain inhibition, and even death.
