On the morning of March 1st, during a patrol on National Highway 1A, in the section passing through Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, the Dien Chau Traffic Police Station discovered a passenger bus traveling in the North-South direction carrying 4 styrofoam boxes containing 270kg of animal products, identified as young chicken eggs, which had a foul odor.
Driver Dang Xuan Hien (residing in Giao Nhan commune, Giao Thuy district, Nam Dinh province) was unable to present quarantine certificates and proof of origin for the shipment.

Driver Dang Xuan Hien has been fined administratively. All of the products were destroyed by the Dien Chau District Livestock and Veterinary Station in accordance with regulations.
