(Baonghean.vn) - Four men hired a car to go to the Din Dam village area (Xieng Khouang) to ask a Lao man for directions to illegally enter Vietnam.
On the afternoon of October 3, at the trail area on the border belt in Tien Tieu village, Nam Can commune, Ky Son district, Nghe An province, the patrol force of border protection management and Covid-19 prevention and control posts No. 4 and No. 5, Border Guard Station CNam Can international border gate(Nghe An Border Guard) and Nam Can Commune Police discovered and arrested 4 subjects for illegally entering the country across the border.

The subjects include: Vi Van Chien (born in 1979) and Ly Van Vinh (born in 1980), both residing in Nam Hoa commune, Dong Hy district, Thai Nguyen province; Vo Van Nam (born in 1972), residing in Dien Lien commune and Nguyen Hong Tam (born in 1979), residing in Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An province.
Through investigation and verification, the above subjects all went to Laos to do business, but due to the complicated Covid-19 epidemic situation in Laos, unstable jobs, wanting to return to Vietnam, all 4 subjects hired a car to take them to the Din Dam village area, Noong Het Tay village cluster, Noong Het district, Xieng Khouang province, Laos.
At Din Dam village, 4 people asked a Lao man (name, age, address unknown) for directions to illegally enter Vietnam. When they reached the border trail in Tien Tieu village, Nam Can commune, Ky Son district, Nghe An province, the patrol force discovered and arrested them.
The Nam Can International Border Guard Station has taken measures to ensure the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic. It has decided to administratively sanction 4 subjects; At the same time, it has organized quarantine to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic according to regulations.
