Satellites detect activities at North Korea's nuclear test site
(Baonghean.vn)- The 38 North website, which specializes in monitoring the situation in North Korea, of the US-Korea Institute at Johns Hopkins University (USA), has just posted a number of satellite images showing many activities taking place at the Punggye-ri nuclear test site, despite a series of recent tremors in this area.
38 North said there has been a lot of activity at the west gate of the Punggye-ri test site. Many vehicles and personnel have appeared in the area, suggesting that North Korea is digging a new tunnel as Pyongyang prepares for its next nuclear test.

A recent intelligence source on North Korea said that construction work has resumed on the fourth tunnel (the western gate), so this tunnel will not be able to be used "for a long time".
North Korea has so far not used the complex at the west gate of the Punggye-ri test site and there has been no activity at the site in the past few months.
Five of North Korea's six previous nuclear tests were conducted at the North Gate, but no vehicles or equipment have been found there since September 2017./.
