(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 2, Nghia Dan District Police conducted a surprise inspection and discovered an unsanitary animal slaughterhouse owned by Ms. Vo Thi Loc, residing in Hiep 2 Hamlet, Nghia Lien Commune, Nghia Dan District.

Police suddenly inspected the slaughterhouse and discovered many violations there.

At the time of inspection, Ms. Vo Thi Loc's family was slaughtering 2 pigs and 1 cow, all without veterinary certificates of quarantine.

The slaughter area was not equipped with tools and equipment to ensure hygiene, and the meat of slaughtered animals was left on the dirty floor. Checking the freezer, 40 kg of pork and ham hocks were found to be rotten.

The slaughter area is damp and does not ensure hygiene and safety.

Working with the authorities, the facility owner could not present documents related to livestock slaughter activities issued by the competent authority.

The authorities have drawn up a record and handled all the rotten frozen pork according to regulations./.
