(Baonghean.vn)- The Economic Police Department (Nghe An Police) has just discovered a fake toilet paper production facility, seizing a large quantity of fake finished toilet paper of famous brands that people often use.

At around 11:00 a.m. on March 10, the Economic Police Department (Nghe An Police) coordinated with Quynh Luu District Police to crack down on Project 316G, discovering that at the production workshop of Thanh Thao Production and Trading Company Limited, directed by Nguyen Van Khang, born in 1976, located in Hamlet 1, Quynh Ba Commune - Quynh Luu, finished toilet paper rolls were being packaged in fake packaging of famous brands such as Zetty, Thien Phu Khang, E'Mot, F'Mot.

Here, the authorities seized 565 cartons of finished paper, 10 tons of raw materials, 2 tons of labels and 7 paper production lines.

With sophisticated methods in printing labels and packaging, this facility has produced and counterfeited famous brand labels favored by consumers since March 2014. These counterfeit goods have been distributed and consumed by the subjects in localities in Nghe An province.

The printing technology of counterfeit packaging is also made to be over 90% similar, so it is very difficult to distinguish by external senses. This makes the investigation, detection and handling of the work also encounter many difficulties.
