Discovered that DKC petrol station of Thien Minh Duc Group sells poor quality petrol

According to a source from Nghe An Newspaper, the inspection team of the General Department of Market Management in coordination with the authorities of Nghe An province discovered that DKC Den Cuong Gas Station (address: Dien An commune, Dien Chau district) belonging to Thien Minh Duc Group Joint Stock Company had sold products and goods with quality that did not comply with the provisions of the corresponding technical standards.

Specifically, this company sold 3,224 liters of E5 Ron 92-II gasoline of unsuitable quality, with an Ethanol content of 0.67% by volume. Meanwhile, according to the National Technical Regulation QCVN 1:2015/BKHCN, the Ethanol content must reach 4-5% by volume, stipulated in Point a, Clause 7, Article 20 of Decree No. 119/2017/ND-CP dated November 1, 2017 of the Government.

The value of the infringing goods is more than 63.2 million VND.

In addition, Thien Minh Duc Group Joint Stock Company also sold gasoline to entities outside the trader's distribution system, as stipulated in Point c, Clause 2, Article 19 of Decree No. 67/2017/ND-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government.

It is known that Thien Minh Duc Group Joint Stock Company is located at 2A Le Mao Street, Vinh City. The legal representative of the company is Ms. Chu Thi Thanh - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors.
