Initial information said that recently, Ea Kao Commune Police discovered a strange young man residing in the area with many unusual signs, so they invited him to the headquarters for questioning.
Through verification, this person is Pham Tuyen Quang (26 years old), residing in Cam Khe town, Cam Khe district, Phu Tho province.
Immediately afterwards, Ea Kao Commune Police discovered that Quang was the person prosecuted and sought by Nam Tu Liem District Police (Hanoi City) to investigate the act of "Fraudulent appropriation of property".
Ea Kao Commune Police reported to Buon Ma Thuot City Police leaders to coordinate with Nam Tu Liem District Police to clarify information about Quang.
According to Ea Kao Commune Police, through information exchange with Nam Tu Liem District Police, Quang is the person who often approaches young girls or single mothers to get to know them and give them gifts.
After that, Quang created emotional relationships and trust to appropriate property of many victims.
On December 29, Nam Tu Liem District Police went to Dak Lak to escort Quang back to Hanoi for further processing.
